Proper before and aftercare helps ensure the best possible outcome for your cosmetic tattoo.
Lip Blush
​Before your appointment
You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
You must be 18 years or older.

If you are diabetic or currently on accutane or antibiotics, please reach out, as you may not qualify for cosmetic tattooing.

2-3 weeks prior

Avoid getting filler or injections in the lip area.

Avoid deep exfoliation treatments such as chemical peels.

1 week prior

Drink plenty of water and keep lips moisturized. Use lip masks or aquaphor at bedtime if you're prone to chapped lips.

​Avoid direct UV exposure to the lip area and saunas.

Discontinue use of fish oil and vitamin E.

Do not take ibuprofen or other blood thinners. If you are prescribed blood thinners, please consult with your doctor and inform your artist of their advice.

1-3 days prior

Avoid consuming caffeine on the day of your appointment.

Avoid consuming alcohol 24 hours prior.

If you are prone to cold sores or have ever had a cold sore, ask your doctor for an antiviral prescription such as acyclovir. Start taking it 3 days prior to your service and continue for 3 days after. Outbreaks can be triggered by trauma to the lips, so please take the necessary precautions.
Powder Brows

You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Avoid getting injections (such as botox) in the area.

Discontinue retinol products on face 3 weeks prior.

Avoid any type of facials 2 weeks before appointment.

Discontinue use of fish oil and vitamin E.

Do not pick, tweeze, wax, tint, or have electrolysis performed.

1-3 days prior

Avoid consuming caffeine on the day of your appointment.

Avoid working out 24 hours before your appointment.

Do not take aspirin or ibuprofen 24 hours prior.
